    2. What is ‘Libraries for Life’?
      • Strategic development programme funded by the Welsh Assembly Government to improve library & information services in Wales for all.
    3. Main Priorities
      • Place citizen at the heart of service delivery & provide local free access to a wide range of resources.
      • Develop integrated network of libraries and partnerships to exchange best practice
      • Develop innovative services to meet changing needs
      • Provide staff development opportunities: staff as valued, skilled assets
