Dunhinda Falls This is one of Sri Lanka's most beautiful waterfalls. It is located about 5 km from the town of Badulla. The waterfall is 63m ( 210 ft ) high and is named after the spray generated.

Peradeniya Botanic Gardens The Royal Botanical Garden, Peradeniya is located near Kandy. It is renowned for its collection of orchids having more than 300 varieties. There is also an extensive collection of spices, medicinal plants and palms trees. The botanical gardens cover some 147 acres.
