  2. 2. Environment <ul><li>QITE is a not-for-profit community organisation delivering employment and training services on the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Training services <ul><li>Both accredited and non-accredited training is offered. </li></ul><ul><li>Accredited training is delivered under a partnering arrangement with Jobs Australia (the RTO). </li></ul>
  4. 4. The Challenge <ul><li>Students in every nationally-accredited course must complete a course induction </li></ul><ul><li>The induction contains many common items that must be covered from both the RTO and local organisational perspective </li></ul><ul><li>Induction informational content is necessary but mundane </li></ul><ul><li>Learner’s must sign off on having completed the induction </li></ul>

E-learning project solution <ul><li>My e-learning project will be an induction CD resource. </li></ul><ul><li>The CD will cover the common induction elements of accredited courses. </li></ul><ul><li>The CD includes multi-mode delivery options to suit the range of styles used for induction delivery </li></ul><ul><li>The trainer / facilitator will deliver the course-specific information </li></ul>
