Data Sheet No. MDS_Message_Dispatch_Server_Spec_SheetEZcall™ EnterpriseMDS – Message DispatchServerDescriptionThe Message Dispatch Server is an expansion module to an EZcall™ DCS (Display Control Server) that allows multipleoutput clients to be used and provides additional features. In addition to adding the ability for multiple output clientconnections, the MDS has a built-in Email and LED message board interface. By adding an MDS to an existing DCS,additional EZcall™ features are enabled, including output device group creation and output device aliasing. The MessageDispatch Server networks directly with an EZcall™ DCS over a standard Ethernet LAN or WAN network using the TCP/IPprotocol. The Message Dispatch Server supports up to 10,000 of any type of output client connection, allowing the systemto be very expandable.
