Step 1: “Quantity” Use your cell phone, email list, business cards, Facebook friends … write down the name, phone number and email address of every person you know. Step 2: “Quality” Prioritize your list based on the strength of your relationship, how well you think they will do in the business and how open they might be to starting a business. The system will send your prospect information … and it will send you information about how, when andwhy to follow up.Goal: Get your prospect to try the products and give you feedbackENROLL: LET’S DO IT … LET’S GET STARTED TODAY!Now that your prospect has experienced the products, make sure he/she understands the power and simplicity of thebusiness model, answer any outstanding questions (use your upline as necessary) and convert interest into action!Goal: A new Distributor who has enrolled and is committed to making a list within 72 hours and enrolling 4 peoplein 30 days or less!STEP 3: CREATE A PERSONAL PLANSteps 1 and 2 are very action-oriented. In Steps 3 and 4 we are going to slow down and insert some planning, somestrategy and some perspective. You will create a long-term vision for your business and specific steps to accomplish keyobjectives.WHY ARE YOU IN BUSINESS?Obviously you are in business to make money. But, “how much”? And more importantly, “why do you want/need thatmoney”? There is an old saying – “the bigger your why, the easier the how”. That means the more clear you are on howmuch you want to earn and why you want to earn it, the easier it will be to motivate yourself into action … and tomotivate others to join your cause. Said another way, you will become more passionate about the process when you tapinto your passion about the results you want to achieve. You want to architect a new reality, not just dream a big dream … because if you don’twork the business, the business won’t work for you. • If you want to earn $100 per month, small investments/adjustments may suffice. • If you want to earn $500 per month, your efforts must be more substantial. • If you want to earn full-time income, an even bigger commitment is required.Because our business model is based on compounding growth, it is often times a wise decision to invest moretime/money/energy in the first few months of your business. Please take 5-10 minutes to write down how you are goingto re-prioritize your life to include your Purium business. Here are a few questions to prompt you: • How many hours per week will you spend working on your business? • What days of the week? What time of day? Where will you be? • How much money are you willing to invest in your business? • What skills do you have that will help you promote your business? • What skills don’t you have? Ultimately, your business plan will reflect the priorities and expectations ofyour personal plan. It will also tie directly to the compensation plan, so your activities create the results you desire.   9. 9. 9THE POWER OF 4!Your only goal for this Getting Started Training is to personally enroll 4 high-quality Distributors as quickly as possible.Once you enroll those first 4 people … you will duplicate this Fast Start Training process with them … and then thepower of leverage will start to work in your favor. The speed at which you enroll your first four new Associates sets thepace for duplication within your group!HOW FAST DO YOU WANT TO GO?Instead of worrying about the details of the Compensation Plan, we want you focused on the process of handing out GiftCards and enrolling 4 people. Then we want you to teach them what you did. (Hand out Gift Cards using the“Prospect List > Invitation > Presentation > Enroll” process. Your job is to enroll new people and plug them into thesystem (provide the information as to what to do and where to go) and be a great example (by getting your 4). Thespeed of the leader is the speed of the pack. So, however long it takes you to enroll your first 4, you should expecteveryone on your team to do the same … duplicating down levels.
