    • Based on my review of businesses on TV, magazines, newspaper, and radio, I notice the most commonly used combination of tools in businesses are the social media channels Facebook and Twitter.
    • 4. It is important to realize that just by participating in Social Media does not guarantee you success in branding and building your business
    • 5. The different channels of social media as presented by the Coversation Prism is interconnected and will provide the greatest impact for the user when the business understands who and how the social media is reaching out to the audience.
