      • New format – deeper changes in how authors develop content and readers consume it

    • Does the definition of "publisher" need to expand?
      • Publisher thinks too narrowly about what kind of business they are in
      • Publisher thinks people that are web or mobile native are not considered as publisher
      • Curation, aggregation these jobs still need to be done
    • How can publishers adapt to digital? What mindsets should they adopt?
      • How can we make our content better online?
      • How can we make it better through mobile?
      • “ Better” will de defined by making something smaller
