    • FRANCE IS LOCATED IN WESTERN EUROPE. IT IS WASHED BY THE ATLANTICOCEAN AND THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA. THE TERRITORY OF THE COUNTRY ISGENERALLY HILLY, WITH VAST LOWLANDS, HEIGHTS AND MOUNTAINS. BUTTHERE ARE ALSO TWO HIGH-MOUNTAINOUS MASSIFS - THE ALPS IN THESOUTH-EAST AND THE PYRENEES IN THE SOUTH-WEST. THE CLOSESTNEIGHBORS OF FRANCE ARE BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, GERMANY,SWITZERLAND, ITALY, SPAIN AND ANDORRA.
    • THREE TYPES OF CLIMATE ARE ALLOCATED: OCEANIC (IN THE WEST),MEDITERRANEAN (IN THE SOUTH), CONTINENTAL (IN THE CENTER AND IN THEEAST). SUMMER IS HOT AND DRY — THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE IN JULYREACHES + 23 — 25 DEGREES WHILE RAINS ARE TYPICAL FOR WINTERMONTHS, AIR TEMPERATURE IS +7 — 8 °C.
