  • 2. There is only one answer to this statement. STOP EATING MEAT! Vegetarianism is the answer. Follow along with me, please.
  • 3. 10 times more grains and 100 times morevegetables can be grown in the same time it takesmeat to get to your table.
  • 4. Yes, you will save money. Just compare the priceof any meat, as compared to grains andvegetables.
  • 5. Meat, a second hand protein, contains fat anduric acids.Too much fat built up in the system can producehardening of the arteries, atherosclerosis andother diseases of the blood.Too much uric acid over burdens the liver andkidneys, leaving the body susceptible to diseaseslike arthritis, rheumatism, epilepsy, headaches,or nervous conditions.
  • 6. Since our systems really werent meant for meat, the price we pay includes constipation and evenearly death. This is because our digestive systemswere not meant to handle toxic meat.
  • 7. Vegetarians digest their food by fermentation, which decomposes food by enzymatic actionwith the formation of gas. We chew our food bymoving our jaws from side to side.
  • 8. Carnivores cant do this. Carnivores have shortbowels and must expel food quickly, becausemeat is toxic. On a vegetarian diet, the stools arelonger, well-formed, soft and dont have anunpleasant odor.
  • 9. Since we dont have the power to restore life, wehave no right to take it.
  • 10. It takes twice as much land to feed a meat eater, than it does to feed a vegetarian. It takes .6 acresto feed a vegetarian, and 1.63 acres to feed a meateater. Half of our the land is used for animalfeed, which we should be eating. 21.4 pound ofgrains protein = 1 pound of meat protein. What awaste!
  • 11. It is takes 8 times more water to grow and process1 pound of animal protein versusvegetables/grains.
  • 12. I know, I’ve been there, done it. I haven’t eaten meat for over 25 years. If you need help, let me know.
