  • 21. NEXT WEEKItem Due Date Task1. Friday You are required to write your next blog post on the keys to information aggregation. Within this post, you need to talk about why aggregation is an important component to social commerce and a relevant case study that demonstrates how company/organization has used it effectively.2. Part of maintaining a successful and engaging blog is to respond back to commentary posted on your site. It is expected that if anyone posts on your blog that you respond to that individual.3. Monday Watch the Module 6 – Alternative Contributions video provided at professorbrey.com on social commerce. Remember, post commentary concerning the video on the page it is posted concerning the overabundance of statistics and what they truly mean in a world where statistics are often used to befuddle and impress rather than communicate truly relevant information (be thoughtful in your post).4. Monday Read Socialnomics, Chapter 35. Monday Read through the links that have been provided on the basics of alternative contributions within social commerce. Keep this information in mind as you move forward in completing the weekly assignments.6. Monday You will need to Tweet at least (2) social media pertinent tweets throughout the week using the #SMCE tag. Tweets should include links to presentations that have been uploaded to Slideshare. Remember, you are required to tweet 25 times throughout the course of the semester so more is better.7. Monday You are required to read (3) of your peer’s blog entries and post thoughtful commentary on their post.8. Tuesday Construct your personal bio, 150 total words, and your life in 10 words. You will need to: 1) Bring this information to class so that we can discuss and you can present 2) Upload this information to a new tab on your Wordpress site (that is appropriately titled as well) Advanced Social Media Strategies21 University of Memphis | EricBrey, Ph.D.
