    4. The City Local Mosques/Muslim Organisations City council - MPs and Councillors Local Shops/Local Residents Local Media - Newspaper/Radio Press Releases + Phone Calls
    5. Nationally Depends on size of IAW + Quality of Speakers FOSIS Nearby ISOCs Other Muslim Organisations (National)
    6. Evaluation
    7. Collect Feedback During the Week Log Book/Organisors’ Diary Visitors Book Feedback Forms (with prizes!) After IAW Online Survey sent to ISOC members
    8. Organize Take all Feedback and organise them positive vs. negative positive: what did people really like? negative What went wrong? Why? How can you avoid it next time?
    9. Discuss Setup meeting for all IAW Volunteers to give feedback (to and from!) Take detailed minutes in this meeting Give negative AND positive feedback! End with a vision for next year!
    10. Display Results Produce summary sheets of IAW outcome to give to different organisations/sponsors/and future committee. Keep the minutes of the feedback meeting in a file for future committee. Suggestion: Start an IAW Folder which documents all that you’ve done for IAW accessible to future committees.
