Some bugs are to tough to handle Presentation Transcript

  • 1. Some bugs are to tough to handle on your own!
  • 2. Can you name a few?
    Termites
    Bedbugs
    Africanized Bees
What makes them too tough to handle, let’s talk about each one.
  • 3. Termites
Termites have been around for 250 million years and probably aren’t going away any time soon.
Most people don’t have the tools to do the work required to keep termites out of your home.
You need power drills, large drill bits, big tank to mix chemical and some way of getting it into the ground.
You need to understand termites and how they work.
  • 4. Bedbugs
Bedbugs have made a BIG comeback into our lives the last 3 years and will continue to be a problem for many.
It’s not just about spraying, anyone can kill a bug crawling but what about the eggs.
What type of pesticide are you going to spray and where – hire a Professional – they know what they are doing.
  • 5. Africanized Honeybees
Many people interact with bees on a daily one on one basis and normally that is OK. However if you disturb a colony that is where the trouble may begin.
When disturbed Africanized bees send out more bees – it’s the number that is important.
You don’t know if they are Africanized until its to late and then they may attack and hurt children, dogs and neighbors.
