Blackberry Margaritas1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries (if frozen, thaw)1/4 cup tequila2 tablespoons orange liqueur1/4 cup lime juice2 cups crushed ice Lime or orange juiceBlend berries and juice in blender for 10 to 12seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blenduntil ice is almost smooth.Moisten rim of 2 (12-ounce) glasses with lime ororange juice and dip in sugar.Pour blended mixture into prepared glasses andserve immediatelyMakes 2 (12-ounce) servings.

Puerto Rican Rum Punch1 cup water12 cloves2 cinnamon sticks1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled1 (15-ounce) can cream of coconut1 (12-ounce) can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® EvaporatedMilk1 cup rumGround cinnamon (optional)Place water, cloves, cinnamon sticks and ginger in smallsaucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Removefrom heat; cover. Cool for 15 minutes. Removecinnamon sticks, cloves and ginger piece.Place cream of coconut, evaporated milk, rum andcooled spice water in blender container; cover. Blendfor about 30 seconds or until well blended. Refrigeratein glass container or bottle for at least 2 hours or untilwell chilled. Shake well before pouring.To Serve: Serve in aperitif glasses for a 2-ounce serving.Sprinkle with cinnamon powder if desired.Makes 20 (2-ounce) servings.Tip: Place a cinnamon stick in the bottled coquito forextra spice.

Pineapple Coconut Piña Colada1 (11.5-ounce) can pineapple coconut nectar,chilled1 (6-ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled1 cup piña colada mix, chilled (with or withoutalcohol)3 cups ice cubesPlace all ingredients in blender; cover. Blenduntil smooth. Serve immediately. Serveimmediately.Makes 4 servings.
  • 4. Grapefruit Sangria4 cups white or pink grapefruit juice, chilled3 cups Riesling wine1 1/2 cups ginger ale, chilledCombine ingredients in a large pitcher and mix well.Serve over ice.Makes 8 1/2 cups.

Frosty Strawberry Margaritas1 pint (2 cups) strawberry fat free sorbet2 cups ice cubes1 (12-ounce) can Evaporated Fat Free Milk2 tablespoons (1 shot) tequila (optional)Juice from limeGranulated sugarStrawberry and fresh lime slicesPlace sorbet, ice, evaporated milk, tequila andlime juice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.Dip rims into water; dip into sugar and shake offexcess. Pour margarita mixture into glasses. Servewith strawberry and lime slices.Makes 4 servings.
