Once a nice-to-have or a future wish, Intranet 2.0 tools such as blogs, wikis and other vehicles have become mainstream, and are present in nearly 50% of organizations (regardless of size) in the Western World.

    Thanks again for posting your slides, for those of us down under (New Zealand) it means we can still participate.

    One issue, sorry to be a pedant but the PIE graphs on slides 24 / 26 don't make sense.
    Pie graphs indicate there is a whole, and generally show the % of that whole which the different parts make up.
    Each of the parts for these graphs shows a % number, but the numbers don't add up to 100%.
    Is there an explaination ?
