Handouts should be given at the end of the presentation : the
audience should concentrate on what is being said first!

1. Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Save As
2. In the Save as type box, select PDF
3. Click Options and select one of the following options if useful :
- Slides selection
- Save multiple slides per page (documents)
- Includes notes
