    • Aim of the project is to create framework conditions for retaining human capital and push the topic of return migration on the political agenda in South Baltic regions. The project provides an account of the extent of return migration, competences and needs of returning migrants as well as measures to promote remigration as a source to foster knowledge development.

      • Develop the application jointly with partners
      • Describe the complementarities of the partners and roles for partners
      • Do your homework – anchor the project in your organisation – in time
      • You did not succeed? Evaluate, redo and try again!
      • And remember:
      • Everything takes much longer time than expected
      • Enjoy the experience of developing good and necessary projects together in a cross cultural context
