Identify needs for cross-border cooperation
Analyze obstacles that hamper smooth development of cross-border projects
Disseminate information about the South Baltic Programme to beneficiaries
Train potential beneficiaries in successful project development
Facilitate development of joint project proposals of crossborder character

offering
training in national languages will introduce the participants to a variety of tools and methods used to identify, develop and manage projects; the participants will learn how to generate project ideas, identify partners, plan and prepare projects, estimate costs etc.

cross-border workshops will be addressed to b eneficiaries who have already identified concrete ideas for development of projects within the SB Programme; p articipation in the workshops will prepare beneficiaries for concrete cooperation in joint projects .
