  • 2. FIRST EXPERIMENT In this part we study two differents types of milk. 1. Cow milk 2. Goat milk We study with naked eye the: sight, taste and smell.
  • 3. COW MILK • Sight: (Look the milk) • Taste: (Try the milk and then describe the taste of it) • Smell: (sniff the milk)
  • 4. SIGHT • Sight: (Look the milk)—D The milk is white.
  • 5. TASTE • Taste: (Try the milk and then describe the taste of it)—D The milk is sweet.
  • 6. SMELL • Smell: (sniff the milk)—D The smell is sweet and likeable.
  • 7. GOAT MILK • Sight: (Look the milk)—D Is the same of cow • Taste: (Try the milk and then describe the taste of it)—D The taste of milk is about cheese of goat. • Smell: (sniff the milk)—D He doesn’t have smell.
  • 8. SIGHT • Sight: (Look the milk)—D Is the same of cow

  • 10. SMELL • Smell: (sniff the milk)—D He doesn’t have smell.
  • 11. SECOND EXPERIMENT • First we heat up the milk. After we put it in the Erlenmeyer flask and we spend 100 milliliters of milk. After with the test tube we fill it with acid and put it on Erlenmeyer flask. Finally we mix the milk with acid, with a glass wand. Later we wait a few minutes for past the validity date.
