  • 6. Learn Without Fear: Students in El Salvador march for their right to Learn Without Fear, joining Plan's campaign to end violence against children in schools.
  • 7. Computer savvy: Girls in Ghana learn new skills in their computer class.
  • 8. Student action: In Paraguay, members of a school government draw pictures to encourage their classmates to respect their school’s environment.
  • 9. Girls in school: Plan's education projects support girl-friendly education to help increase their attendance.
  • 10. It's in the bag: Students in India hold onto their brand new backpacks, stuffed with school supplies provided by Plan.
  • 11. Far from home: Construction has started for a residence in Tanzania that will provide a place for long distance students to live in safety.
  • 12. Transforming disabilities: Students at a Plan-supported school for children with disabilities participate in an outdoor activity to build their confidence.
  • 13. Eating it up: Teachers in China learn how to help improve students’ nutrition, a crucial element of learning.
  • 14. Growing opportunities: As part of a ‘Food for Education’ project, students in Sudan learn food production skills in their school’s garden. The project also provides a nutritious daily meal at school and take home food packages.
