  • Touchstone joined the Group in November 2012. This increased our market rent portfolio in ownership or management to over 24,000. DC Leisure joined the Group in December 2012. This is the first partnership of a housing company with a leisure provider. RMG joined the Group just after the start of the 2012/13 financial year. Today the Group owns or manages 143,000 properties across the UK.
