Indique Pure: Straight Virgin Indian Hair Presentation Transcript

  • 1. Indique Pure Straight
    16” & 12” – Machine Wefted
  • 2. Hair is sold in beautiful packaging
  • 3. Hair fresh out of the tube
  • 4. Out of the packaging
  • 5. Indiquedefinitely gives you 2 extra inches
  • 6.
  • 7. The 16” measured at about 19 inches!!!
  • 8. A look at the wefts, with and without flash
  • 9. The “beards” are nearly undetectable, which I LOVE!
    With flash
    Without flash
  • 10. Prepping the Hair
Freshly washed with Dr. Bronner Mix
I sealed one side of my wefts with Fray Check.
    Washed with Dr. Bronner’s Soap
which I had previously mixed with about 2 oz of oil – this becomes important later!
Airdried with Jane Carter’s Revitilizing Leave In
This ended up being WAY too much product!
  • 11. Sealing – Used Fray Check.
    • To spread the hair out while sealing and allowing the sealant to dry…
    • 12. Thought this idea may be helpful for someone else.
  • 13. Just after washing
    Dripping Wet
Showing that after combing there are no shed hairs in the comb
  • 14. Different Stages of Drying – although it’s the straight, there is a body wave to the hair.
  • 15. About half way dry
    No Flash
    With Flash
  • 16. My braiding pattern (not self installed)
Net applied, kanekalon hair was used to braid.
The skinny braid on the perimeter will be left out
  • 17. Airdried hair freshly installed – it’s a long one!
  • 18. You can see there was too much product in the hair here – it looks a little oily
Remember I washed with a Dr. Bronner soap and oil mix and sprayed Jane Carter’s Revitlizing Leave in.
  • 19. Hair flat ironed. Too straight, doll-like, lifeless! Moral: less product is BETTER!!!
  • 20. Blending
  • 21. So…I decided to wash the hair with an SLS-free shampoo and airdry, product free.
    I then blow-dried it straight
  • 22. Much better! More body and flow. No product at all.
  • 23. Caruso Set…just playin around.Still no product in hair.
  • 24. Various Styles
  • 25. Curled with a 1” curling iron
  • 26. Beginning of the night…
  • 27. Middle of the night

  • 28. After a fun night out with BHMer’sDchristi & Mtownchick
  • 29. Curls held up, but I wasn’t dancing or anything.
