This is how I was asked to be the Interior Designer for this special development. And indeed it didn’t take much to understand Michael’s objectives; he wanted the best. Enlightened by this goal my project team identified key aspects that are valued by the most discerning clients wanting to buy a luxury property. The layout was architecturally designed to ensure open floor plans with the notion to let in abundant natural sunlight. Highlighting the importance of privacy the common areas have been spaciously designed to ensure enough retreat between each apartment. Ville Michel has been created with an obsessive eye for detail and an understanding of genuine luxury. Reminiscent of a favourite spa, the elegant bathroom and en-suite, provide a beautiful and soothing place to soak and relax. Smart technology also fell within my brief and one can easily state that Ville Michel comes with an instruction manual, but it is also true that such systems will not require any changes in lifestyle except being ready to embrace laid-back living.
