  • Get Moving and Live Longer Exercise is a key component to living a healthy, wellbalanced life. The likelihood that you will need to have surgery, that require a PTFE electrodes, a smoke evacuation machine, or laparoscopic electrodes, may decrease when regular exercise is a part of your daily life. To help you understand the importance of regular physical exercise in your daily life, we’ve outlined the most important benefits to moving your body regularly. Exercise determines weight When you do physical exercise you burn calories; burning calories can help you maintain a healthy weight or reduce excess fat. Exercise can reduce your chances of contracting health conditions or disease Whether you are currently a healthy weight or overweight , exercise increases the amount of highdensity lipoprotein (HDL), more commonly known as the good cholesterol, and decreases the number of unhealthy triglycerides in your body. This increase of HDL and decrease of unhealthy triglycerides, helps your body run the circulatory system smoothly—decreasing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Exercise can prevent or manage a wide range of healthy ailments, including stroke, certain cancers, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, arthritis, and depression. Regular exercise is one of the greatest preventative tools to ensure you live a healthier life. It can help by simply making you “feel good” to warding off deadly diseases. Exercise improves your mood Next time you’ve had a long day at the office consider exercising for 30 minutes instead of munching on junk food or going to a bar. Physical activity stimulates various chemicals in the brain that can leave you feeling more relaxed and overall, happier. Exercising regularly can also release endorphins, making you feel happy. Also losing weight paired with the increase of endorphins in your body can boost your self-esteem.
  • Exercising increases energy levels Regular physical exercise delivers oxygen and healthy nutrients to your body. This increase will enable you to have more energy to do your daily activities, such as walking up stairs, housework, or playing with your kids. Regular exercise enables you to have better quality sleep It can help you fall asleep faster and even make the sleep that you get deeper and more relaxing. Exercise can improve your sex life Regular exercise can lead to enhanced arousal for women. Men can also benefit from regular exercise; men who exercised regularly were less likely to have erectile dysfunction than those who did not exercise on a regular basis. Exercise can be fun You can unwind and relax, by exerting your body through physical exercise. Regular exercise can be a great way to develop new hobbies and meet new friends. You can connect with your spouse by taking a dance class together, or you can make new friends by joining a recreational softball league. On the whole, exercise is a great short-term and long-term benefit; you can feel better by connecting with friends and family, while increasing your overall mood. You can also ward off serious chronic disease through regular exercise and maintaining a healthy weight. Photo Credit: evidasana.com, centromujer.es
