A   t Investor Property, we set out from the very beginning to help
    residential property investors to achieve their dreams. We
achieve this through a business founded on strong convictions that
provide a valuable and unique cooperative partnership with clients,
builders, developers, residents and us.

Investor Property is a client focused business formed out of a
wider strategic vision and part of a greater residential property
investor centric group. It was founded in 2004 along with two other
complimentary brands, Investor Finance (property investor focused
finance brokers) and Investor Networx (property investor education)
and later joined by Investor Insured (risk insurance services). Each of
these brands shares a single leadership and common vision under
the Reign Group of companies and a combined client base of over
21,000 residential property investors.

Background
I nvestor Property is an ‘investment property sourcing company’ and
  a full member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) . We
apply our core convictions to work with each stakeholder to achieve
positive solutions and offer a specialised investment property
researching, sourcing and asset management services to clients
across Australia . Our Support Office is located on the Sunshine
Coast in Queensland.
Founded in February 2004, the brand was purchased by Reign
Holdings Pty Ltd in 2008 who also owns the Investor Finance,
Investor Networx and Investor Insured brands through its subsidiary
companies.
Investor Property is focused on the business of sourcing quality
property for property investors. Our typical clients are investors
with multiple properties, as well as those just entering the residential
property investment market (we do of course look after first home
buyers and those looking to purchase a home to live in).
