YOU MUST PROVIDE A RESPONSE TO ALL QUESTIONS. Failure to provide a response may result in the rejection of your proposal. Units: The data provided in the TIQ is to be provided in English units, unless otherwise specified. Metric units may be provided if clearly defined and identified. All written information is to be in English. In addition to responding to the questions below, the offeror shall provide the following: (a) Vehicle and major component commercial literature, specification sheets or any other information that would substantiate the information provided. If your commercial literature does not provide information relating to a particular question, you are required to provide a written explanation of your ability to meet that particular requirement with your written proposal. (b) Identification of all modifications and/or redesigns to the previously manufactured base vehicle necessary to meet the requirements of the specifications. The Offeror shall also explain in detail the reasons for the modifications/redesigns.
