    9. Designer: Create reports Have access to the data Ultimately set up the format and filtering on the reports and statements Control what non-designers can see or run. Viewers: Jet Reports’ Viewers are licensed to run reports that Designers create, Real time data within the database (refresh), directly in Excel/html. Viewers are also able to change filters/parameters Non design capabilities Excel Users: Because all Jet Reports are Excel files, anyone with Excel can see a report. For these users, reports will be static and will not be able to be refreshed.

    11.  Webinized information  Information that is available to the right people at the right time  The IT department is finances best friend  In fact the IT department is everyone's best friend  There are no surprises with performance
    12.  SharePoint has a self service model  Do you need SharePoint/Jet Reports for report writing?  Ask yourself ‘What is your almost certain predictable future with your  organization’s reports?’  More reports?  Less resources  Greater demands from the business on performance indicators  Shorter time frames  This is a major win in any organization- to take you to the next level.
