About BICA
Who we are
The Bulgarian Investment Consulting Agency (BICA) is a private
company, which offers quality consulting services to foreign
organizations doing or planning to do business in Bulgaria and
neighboring countries. BICA works in fields such as: Information
Technology, Equity Finance, Telecommunications, Real Estate,
Hospitality, and Managed Services (managing contractors on behalf of
