Your Target Market <ul><li>Knowing your target market is integral to the development of your product. </li></ul><ul><li>Promotional items for trade shows, recipes for restaurant service, products for retail sale through distribution channels will each affect production methods, packaging, labelling and should be determined now. </li></ul><ul><li>Hire us or a team of your choosing to create your Branding, or do it yourself. This will determine your label and packaging needs. </li></ul>

Your Label <ul><li>The law requires us to label all product before it leaves our plant </li></ul><ul><li>Compliance with Government labelling regulations of any country into which you may sell the product must be met </li></ul><ul><li>A simple label or a full graphic design and branding aimed at your defined market will be required prior to the Trial Batch </li></ul><ul><ul><li>You can provide the design for the label or you can hire us to create one for you </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>We can print your labels in-house or out-source them through a print company </li></ul></ul>

  11. 11. Production Formula vs Recipe <ul><li>Who owns the recipe? </li></ul><ul><ul><li>If you bring the recipe and we create a production formula with the recipe. You own the recipe, we own the production formula </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>If we develop the recipe for you from scratch, then the recipe and formula are one item and we own it </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Either way, the Production Formula belongs to Brooks Pepperfire Foods Inc. unless you buy it. </li></ul><ul><li>Why buy the formula? </li></ul><ul><ul><li>You may wish to build your own production facility later </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>You may wish to own the Production Formula for business continuity and estate purposes </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>You may wish to sever the relationship with us for myriad reasons but continue to manufacture the product elsewhere </li></ul></ul><ul><li>The value of the Production Formula will increase over time, so if you wish to own it, we recommend that you purchase it earlier, rather than later. This cost is outlined in the Trial Batch Quotation. </li></ul><ul><li>Production Formula value increases are based on volumes. </li></ul>
