Keller Williams Realty </li></ul><ul><li>is able to accomplish this through a cap system. </li></ul><ul><li>Two payments are capped: </li></ul><ul><li>The amount you pay the International Franchise Royalty </li></ul><ul><li>The amount you pay your Market Centre </li></ul>COMPENSATION Keller Williams Burlington Fee Structure
  18. 18. <ul><li>Compensation </li></ul><ul><li>For a new Generation of Realtors </li></ul><ul><li>Keller Williams Realty International – Royalty Fee </li></ul><ul><ul><li>$3,000 Agent Calendar Year Royalty </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>6% paid on first $50,000 GCI </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Keller Williams Realty Burlington – Market Centre Cap </li></ul><ul><ul><li>$18,000 Agent Calendar Year Cap </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Paid based on associates split as commission is earned. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Agents are on a 70/30 split unless previous years gross earnings are as follows. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Over $90,000 – 80/20 split to Cap of $18,000 </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Over $180,000 – 90/10 split to Cap of $18,000 </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Once your Cap of $18,000 is paid in full then commissions are 100% to you (less a transaction fee of $125 per end) </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Should production fall below the previous year then splits are adjusted accordingly at the 6 month period. </li></ul>CAP SYSTEM Keller Williams Burlington Cap System

Keller Williams Burlington Compensation <ul><li>Compensation </li></ul><ul><li>For a New Generation of Realtors </li></ul><ul><li>Single Agent $18,000 Cap </li></ul><ul><li>Based on a 70/30 split your Agent Cap is paid in full with Gross Commissions of $60,000 </li></ul><ul><li>Spouses $18,000 Cap + 1/3 Cap /2 $18,000 </li></ul><ul><li>$ 6,000 </li></ul><ul><li>$24,000 /2 = $12,000 each </li></ul><ul><li>Based on a 70/30 split your Agent Caps are paid in full with Gross Commissions of $40,000 each </li></ul><ul><li>Partnership $18,000 Cap plus ½ Cap /2 $18,000 </li></ul><ul><li>NOTE: All deals split 50/50 $ 9,000 </li></ul><ul><li>$27,000 /2 = $13,500 each </li></ul><ul><li>Based on a 70/30 split your Agent Caps are paid in full with Gross Commissions of $45,000 each </li></ul><ul><li>Team </li></ul><ul><li>Team Lead Agent Cap $18,000 </li></ul><ul><li>Based on a 70/30 split Team Lead Agent Cap is paid in full with Gross Commissions of $60,000 </li></ul><ul><li>Team Agents ½ Cap $ 9,000 </li></ul><ul><li>Based on a 70/30 split Team Member Agent Cap is paid in full with Gross Commissions of $30,000 </li></ul>COMPENSATION
