El jamón serrano Jamón serrano (literally mountain ham) is a dry-cured Spanish ham, which is generally served raw in thin slices. The ham is so delicious that the Romans imported the animal to Italy and that's the origin of Prosciutto. Wine Spanish wine is probably the best one in the world, especially from the region of La Rioja! Paella is a typical spanish dish from Valencia. Its basic ingredients are rice, safran, olive oil, tomato, seafood and chicken. Simply delicious!
