PB Valleys Thai Wine and Thai Food matching

Published on

Many people around the world argue that Asian Food and especially Thai Food cannot be matched with wine. The Oenologists at PB Valley Khao Yai Winery, the birthplace of the Khao Yai Wine Region like to proof otherwise and have matched our international award winning wines with Thai Food. You will be surprised how well the various dishes fit with wine but obviously we also do not argue that some of the fiery hot dishes go best with a fresh cool beer.
Cheers
