  2. 2. Sawasdee Khao Yai Chenin Blanc 2011Young but yet elegant! This dry, light bodied white has mucharomas of pear, pineapple, guava and floral. Well balanced onpalate, clean, crisp and fleshy with a lot of finesse. Perfectlymature and are supported by a good acidity. An easy to drinkwine with good lasting impression. Perfect on its own or with mildThai dishes.Recommended serving temperature at 9 -11 ºC
  3. 3. PB Khao Yai Reserve Chenin Blanc 2011Pale colour with greenish glints, complex and savoury. Anexpressive nose which frees scents of tropical and stone fruitsuch as pineapple, peach, pear with a touch of vanilla. On thepalate, a perfect balance combines with an outstanding fullnesswhich insures, a lot of dried pear and butter Scotch resulted frombeing partly age in French oak for 12 months. A very long andbeautiful finishing white. This perfect fine wine accompanied welltogether with seafood and most oriental dishes.Recommended serving temperature 11-14 C. 12 5-6
  4. 4. Pirom Khao Yai Reserve Chenin Blanc 2011This wine produced from 100% free run juice of best selectedChenin Blanc of the vintage to ensure the highest quality werearchived as possible. Lovely pale lemon colour. Complex nose ofmelon, pineapple, green apple, stone fruits. on the palate, aperfect balance combines with an outstanding fullness whichinsures, with a lot of fat and creaminess, a very beautiful off dry atthe end of tasting. Accompanied well with most mild - mediumThai dishes, seafood or even on its own.Recommended serving temperature at 11-14 C.(Free run juice) 100%
  5. 5. PB Khao Yai Rosé 2011Lively pink colour with intense and expressive nose. Very prettyopen nose of sweet red fruit suggesting red current andCranberry. Pure red fruit very present with a sensation of beetrooton the palate. The mouth is perfectly balanced. Finishing withmuch of freshness. An ideal wine to be enjoyed right now eitheron its own or with a wide range of food especially with most hotand spicy Thai dishes.Recommended serving temperature at 5 - 9 ºC.
  6. 6. PB Khao Yai Rosé 2012This Prima Donna Rosé offering both refreshment and joyfulness. Palepink colour, expressive nose with a lot finesse and elegance with hints ofcherry orange blossom and floral. Velvety and harmonious on the mouthfollow by mild plum finish. An easy drinking wine, ideal for enjoying rightnow either on its own or with a wide range of food especially with most hotand spicy Thai dishes.Recommended serving temperature at 5 - 9 ºC.
  7. 7. Sawasdee Khao Yai Shiraz 2011An ideal easy to drink dry style red, intense colour of medium ruby. A richand developed nose which reflects to coconut, toast, blackberry, tobaccoand dark chocolate. The tannic structure stands out as a chalky tannin. Itstill remains that this wine is very well-balanced and beautiful finished.Perfect on its own or with duck, lamb dishes and most mild Thai redcurries. Recommended serving temperature at 18-20 ºC3-5 18-20 °C.
  8. 8. PB Khao Yai Reserve Shiraz 2010Carefully selected grapes at optimum ripeness handcrafted into thispleasant medium violet hue red. The nose shows great complexity ofcoconut, clove, caramel, dried cherry, toast and wild raspberry aromas.The mouth that combines power and elegance of cinnamon, nutmeg andoak on palate resulted from being purely aged in French oak for 18months, follows by a very beautiful end.   9. 9. Pirom Khao Yai Reserve Tempranillo 2011A very nice rich purple red. The nose shows great complexity ofherbs, wild mushroom, saffron, white pepper and glassy. The mouthshows complex aromas, smooth and silky with rounded tannin and refinednatural acidity. This wine is very well-balanced and beautifully finishedwith good aging potential. Accompanied well with duck, games and mostred meat dishes. This wine can be enjoyed right now or cellar for another3-8 years to reach the full benefits.Recommended serving temperature at 18 -21 ºC. -

Pirom Supremacy 2011 Shiraz Cabernet SauvignonCrafted from best selected hand picked fruits of the vintage, Shiraz (60%)and Cabernet Sauvignon(40%) were combined to create this very specialblend. A bright of the deep purple colour. The mouth starts with a denseand firm but nice and classic tannic structure that will require severalyears of patience. Nutmeg, almond on palate with plumyfinished, perfectly well-balanced red. Accompanied well with games andmost red meat dishes. Pirom Supremacy Cabernet Sauvignon Dornfelder 2009Hand harvested Cabernet Sauvignon and Dornfelder grapescrafted and blended into this full bodied, smooth and silky deepdark purple red with suggestion of red berries, prune, plum anddark chocolate with a touch of roasted coffee bean. Pirom Supremacy Shiraz - Dornfelder 2010Crafted from best-selected handpicked fruits of the vintage; Aged 18months in French Barrique, 80% Shiraz and 20% Dornfelder werecombined to create this very special blend. It is full bodied with deep darkpurple color, filled with rich concentrated berries, dark plum, peach,vanilla, oak and unique custard apple nose with soft spices along withgood tannin support. It goes well with game and most red meat dishes.This wine can be enjoyed right now, but recommended to keep in a cellarfor another 3-7 years to reach the full benefits.
