  • 3. We had 30 interviews and some owners havetold us that they spend money on ways toimprove sales. These people are veryinterested in using our site to promotetheir restaurants and bars offering promotions.They may offer discounts ranging from 10%to 50%.
  • 4. Entrepreneurs require that they will be able tocontrol how we are going to do their advertisingand manage their image, plus a guarantee ofeffectiveness in which we get paid only ifthere are actual customers.
  • 5. The people who come to our website and areinterested in attending one of the events mustconfirm their attendance in the site andthey have to print a coupon that states thatthey can access the discount. We will control ourpartners pay us for each client that present thecoupon in the place.

  • 7. We win: Restaurants and bars pay us forpromotion their stores and for increasecustomers. They also allow us to offerpromotions and discounts which will make iteasier to attract customers.

  • 9. in the conversations with the partners we havelearned that while we will offer clear andtangible benefits they are willing to be part ofour website and to cooperate with us evenbringing more partners.
  • 10. before reaching our main partners which are thebars and restaurants we have to create a verygood relationship with a bank that allows us todo transactions and with social networks toset up our marketing strategies.
