  • 7. Why did it happen? The people in charge didn’t ask enough questions They thought ‘online’ was a magic bullet They dreamed global but built local Great ideas, built beautifully - no one cared
  • 8. So what’s changed since 2000?
  • 9. We have all become mobile, accessible, always available
  • 10. Our workspace has become flexible 24/7, not rigid 9-5
  • 11. We’ve become more impatient and demanding communicators
  • 12. We’ve found confidence when expressing our opinion
  • 13. We’ve became experts
  • 14. We expect information
  • 15. We want to share everything
  • 16. And forgot about privacy
  • 17. We’ve opened ourselves to build relationships (including bad ones)
  • 18. We’ve developed analysis paralysis
  • 19. and we now build tools to do them more
