    • Why did it happen? The people in charge didn’t ask enough questions They thought ‘online’ was a magic bullet They dreamed global but built local Great ideas, built beautifully - no one cared
    • So what’s changed since 2000?
    • We have all become mobile, accessible, always available
    • Our workspace has become flexible 24/7, not rigid 9-5
    • We’ve become more impatient and demanding communicators
    • We’ve found confidence when expressing our opinion
    • We’ve became experts
    • We expect information
    • We want to share everything
    • And forgot about privacy
    • We’ve opened ourselves to build relationships (including bad ones)
    • We’ve developed analysis paralysis
    • and we now build tools to do them more
