    2. A strong interactive team is made up of staffcovering the Interactive Skills Map:
    3. Often an employee can fill many roles, butoften only adjacent ones: It’s really hard to find a programmer that is also a good designer. It’s easy to find a programmer that can also develop web sites.
    4. It’s essential to get all the roles covered.
    5. Designer’s
    6. SalesAssistant’s
    7. Writer’s
    8. The existing team.
    9. A suggested shift in staffing needs. There are still significant holes in roles, and inadequate human resource distribution.
    10. Key skills need to be filled. Both additional hires and training need to occur.
    11. Business DeveloperThis role ensures the outputs of the team are aligned with business goals and interfaces with sales.
    12. ProgrammerA strong web programmer is action personified, and is essential in the implementation of any plan.
    13. A strong Interactive Producer is keyThis role is the connector and glue that binds the team.
    14. EditorWe need to shift from a Writer to and Editor that has adjacent skills.
    15. Graphic DesignerThe graphic designer needs to extend into adjacent roles.
    16. Needs addressed.Hiring a web producer and a programmer, and expanding current skills will address the problems.
    17. A complete departmentOnly after defining the roles, and filling them with the right employees can we reach excellence.
