  • 1. Running Dictation Halloween Pau Batlleand Pau Castillo English and American people celebrate Halloween on the 31st of October. They celebrate death. They have parties. They dress up as ghosts, monsters, witches and wizards. Black cats, pumpkins, skeletons, candles and spiders are typical of Halloween. Children say “Trick or Treat” to their neighbours. And, usually, people give them sweets. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Els anglesos i els americans celebren Halloween el dia 31 d’octubre. Celebren la mort. Fan festes i es disfressen de fantasmes, monstres, bruixes i mags. Els gats negres, les carbasses, els esquelets, les espelmes i les aranyes són típics de Halloween. Els nens diuen “Truc o Tracte” als seus veïns. I, normalment, ells els hi donen caramels.
