IDENTITY•  Secret Agreement on platform 2011 "•  From Designs to Production in 3 months (Nov’12)"•  Magento ECG used for product design" CONTENT&•  Comviq built its own dev team during 2012"•  Core Adaptation for all countries (”Telco Core”) "•  Nearshoring and Swedish partners a hit!"•  All Tele2 brands/countries in line to copy this" WEB$PRODUCTION$
  • 4. SITUATION Comviq and the eComviq project was only the beginning. Comviq is 1 year ahead now.•  After eComviq we launched Pickup in Store, Pods and Mobile First initiative"•  Putting Developers in brands was magic!"•  Nearshoring a huge cost saver "•  Comviq is now online leader* in Tele2" *= First with: E-Commerce Platform, Pods (Mobile Terminals), Web/Mobile Tracking with GA, A/B testing internally, External SEO, Real-time monitoring in team, API proxy/gateway architecture, Data focus, Operational/real-time monitoring etc"
