  • CONCEPT •  Celebrity Cruises is bringing its shipboard experience to shore for business professionals in Southern California to experience at their own office through an exciting experiential hospitality program called “A Taste of Modern Luxury” DESCRIPTION •  “A Taste of Modern Luxury” brings to corporate campuses the opportunity for ‘top tier’ employers and their employees (and potentially their clients) to enjoy the quality, food and experience of a Celebrity Cruise •  Complimentary food samples, massages, culinary/wine and brand familiarity experiences are provided on a complimentary basis, all in a relaxed environment •  In addition to the complimentary food samples, full lunch meals will be made available for just $8 with 50% of proceeds being donated to charity by Celebrity Cruises •  Companies may extend this event into their own ‘customer appreciation’ or ‘corporate office appreciation’ event TIMING •  The events will take place during the month of August at approximately 25 different locations in Southern California EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED •  Celebrity Cruises pays for everything…there is no cost to the employer •  Celebrity Cruises provides all equipment, set-up, take-down, clean-up, liability insurance. •  Pre-event flyers, banners and digital assets are provided to the participating companies, for free, to assist employers in promoting the event OVERVIEW
  • CHARITABLE  CONTRIBUTIONS   Celebrity  Cruises  will  donate  50%  of  the  proceeds  from  meals  purchased  by  your   employees  and  guests  during  the  Taste  of  Modern  Luxury  event  on  your   corporate  campus  to  the  charity  of  your  choice  chosen  from  the  list  below.   •  The  Breast  Cancer  Research  Founda;on®      bcrfcure.org   –  Celebrity  and  its  guests  support  BCRF  through  a  variety  of  onboard  and  land-­‐based  experiences.  BCRF’s  mission  is  to  find  a  cure  for  breast   cancer  in  our  lifeCme.  BCRF  provides  grants  to  researchers  around  the  world.   •  Make-­‐A-­‐Wish®  America        wish.org   –  MAW  grants  the  wish  of  a  child  diagnosed  with  a  life-­‐threatening  medical  condiCon  in  the  United  States  and  its  territories,  on  average,  every   38  minutes.  While  Celebrity  and  its  guests  have  supported  MAW  in  past  years,  today,  Celebrity’s  sister  brand,  Royal  Caribbean  InternaConal,   partners  with  MAW  on  RCI  ships  and  beyond.   •  The  Nature  Conservancy        nature.org   –  TNC’s  mission  is  to  preserve  the  lands  and  waters  on  which  all  life  depends.  Celebrity  and  its  parent  corporaCon,  Royal  Caribbean  Cruises  Ltd.,   have  supported  various  TNC  programs  through  their  internal  environmental-­‐conservaCon  program,  The  Ocean  Fund.  This  giQ  would  go  to   TNC’s  Florida  chapter,  as  Celebrity  is  headquartered  in  Miami.   •  The  James  Beard  Founda;on      jamesbeard.org       –  JBF’s  mission  is  to  celebrate,  nurture,  and  honor  America's  diverse  culinary  heritage  through  programs  that  educate  and  inspire.     •  Point  Founda;on        poinNounda;on.org   –  Point  FoundaCon  empowers  promising  LGBTQ  students  to  achieve  their  full  academic  and  leadership  potenCal  –  despite  the  obstacles  oQen   put  before  them  –  to  make  a  significant  impact  on  society.  Celebrity  has  supported  Point  FoundaCon  Los  Angeles.   •  The  Culinary  Ins;tute  of  America      ciachef.edu       Celebrity  Cruises  Scholarship   –  Will  benefit  a  student  at  CIA’s  Hyde  Park,  NY  campus.  Scholarship  created  in  2011  when  Celebrity  became  first  cruise  line  to  launch  a  land-­‐ based  pop-­‐up  restaurant.  Celebrity’s  head  chef,  John  Suley,  is  a  graduate  of  the  program.
