Future Shockproof partly means:
1. Being Literate enough to swim in the sea of information.
2. Being Financially Literate enough to take their financial destiny into their own hands.
3. Being perceptive more than critical. To be able to see and seek richer perspectives from other people. To make the NPOV a philosophy of life.
4. Being entrepreneurial. Jobs will shift more than ever before. They need to be enterprising.
5. Learn how to slow down. I love www.slowleadership.com for this perspective.

Class of 2020 What will they need? I wonder about that too. Too bad none of us have crystal ball. But one thing for sure they need to learn how to swim in a sea of information and develop the ability to be Future Shockproof.

Changes will happen faster than ever before. They need to be of a different mind than us today.
