Valencia CA market metrics for the Santa Clarita Valley city of Valencia. We have been compiling the data since 1 year ago. During our compilation, we have seen the market move to and fro. The numbers of homes sales are down, as compared with one year ago. There is also a noteable increase reference to properties that are under contract versus one year ago in Valencia CA. We also have a slight uptick of real estate listings that are for sale versus February of 2013. A lot more Valencia CA real estate sellers are not getting their homes selling within contractual timeframes, most of the reasons are reference to their listing prices being too high.
