This week in Valencia CA real estate we have a median listing price of $599,900. There are 93 real estate listings that have been on the market in Valencia CA for an average of 52 days. The market action index has been trending down lately while inventory and days on market are climbing. The trends imply the Valencia CA single family housing real estate market are weakening a bit. Reference to the Supply and demand in Valencia CA, during the past few weeks, the Valencia CA market has achieved a relative stasis point in terms of sales to inventory. However, inventory is sufficiently low to continue keeping us in a sellers real estate market. But be prepared that we should fall back into a buyers market with more inventory and buyers slowing their approach to the Valencia CA real estate procurement.
