Stevenson Ranch real estate is a dynamic market. You can see that our Median Sold prives have been all over the board during the past 12 months. With the end of March of 2014 fast approaching, we see that we are just a little higher than February of 2013. We have seen that February of 2014 has a decrease in numbers of closing when compared with February 2013. Stevenson Ranch has also shown us less properties under contract during February of 2014 versus one year ago.
