Santa Clarita real estate this week has the Condo and Townhome market surpassing the Single Family residences market by having more units for sale and more selling in the same amount of time. It would seem that for current real estate buyers, the "affordability factor" is more in the Townhome and Condo worlds for the current real estate buyers in the market. That does not mean that there are not real estate buyers buying Single Family homes, there are. It's just that the condo and townhome buyers, currently, are much more active.
