  • 2. CANYON COUNTRY Condos/Town-homes Inventory has been tightening and days-onmarket increasing recently. The Market Action Index has been basically flat, not providing strong indication for market conditions.
  • 3. CANYON COUNTRY Single Family Homes Inventory has been lightening lately and the Market Action Index has been trending up. Though days-on-market is increasing, these are mildly positive indications for the market.
  • 4. CASTAIC Condos/Town-Homes Inventory has been decreasing lately but the Market Action Index is falling also. With days-onmarket climbing, these are relatively negative implications for the market.
  • 5. CASTAIC Single Family Homes Inventory has been tightening and days-onmarket increasing recently. The Market Action Index has been basically flat, not providing strong indication for market conditions.
  • 6. NEWHALL Condos/Town-Homes Even though the days-onmarket is trending higher, so is the Market Action Index at these inventory levels, providing a neutral outlook for the market.
  • 7. NEWHALL Single Family Homes Inventory has been lightening lately and the Market Action Index has been trending up. Though days-on-market is increasing, these are mildly positive indications for the market.
  • 8. SANTA CLARITA CITY PROPER Condos/Town-homes Inventory has been tightening and days-onmarket increasing recently. The Market Action Index has been basically flat, not providing strong indication for market conditions.
  • 9. SANTA CLARITA CITY PROPER Single Family Homes Inventory is tightening and days-on-market is falling. But demand as measured by the Market Action Index is also trending down. The market is not giving strong up or down signals from these data.
  • 10. STEVENSON RANCH Condos/Town-Homes Inventory is up and Market Action is trending down recently. While days-on-market appears to be trending lower, the overall conditions are weakening a bit.
  • 11. STEVENSON RANCH Single Family Homes The Market Action Index has been trending down lately, while inventory and days-onmarket are climbing. The trends imply a weakening market.
  • 12. VALENCIA Condos/Town-Homes The Market Action index has been trending down lately, while days-on-market is climbing, providing mostly bearish signs for the market.
  • 13. VALENCIA Single Family Homes With inventory and dayson-market basically unchanged and the Market Action Index decreasing, the market is not sending strong directional signal for the near-term outlook.
