He Gave John 3:16

John 3:16 For God so loved the world thathe gave his one and only Son, that whoeverbelieves in him shall not perish but haveeternal life.

Genesis 12:1 The LORD had said toAbram, "Leave your country, your peopleand your fathers household and go to theland I will show you.

2I will make you into a great nation and Iwill bless you; I will make your namegreat, and you will be a blessing.

3I will bless those who bless you, andwhoever curses you I will curse; and allpeoples on earth will be blessed throughyou."

10 Abram brought all these to him, cut themin two and arranged the halves oppositeeach other; the birds, however, he did notcut in half.

12 Asthe sun was setting, Abram fell into adeep sleep, and a thick and dreadfuldarkness came over him.

17 When the sun had set and darkness hadfallen, a smoking firepot with a blazingtorch appeared and passed between thepieces.

18On that day the LORD made a covenantwith Abram and said, "To your descendantsI give this land, from the river of Egypt tothe great river, the Euphrates...
