Presenter: Mac McConnell Vice President Product Management BonitaSoft Mac McConnell is Vice President of Product Management at BonitaSoft where he is responsible for all product oversight of the Bonita BPM Suite. Mac conducts BPM industry and market research, and directly engages with BonitaSoft's customers for product feedback and development. He has built strong working relations with various internal organizations including IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and many key stake holders in the BPM field. He currently leads several cross functional teams in the development, approval, training, and communication of product changes and its associated customer impact. Mac has also held prominent roles at Sun Microsystems, JPMorganChase and Deutsche Banc Alex Brown.
