D In the year 2006 the Director of the institute Dr. B.B Taywade was awarded with the “Best teacher Award” by the state government. His vision is the guiding light for all the faculties who work together for fulfilling the objectives of the institutes and towards the development of the students. Mrs. Muktai Chavan Deb Faculty & In charge Soft Skills MA (Psychology, MBA) Principles of Management, Health Care Management A clinical psychologist and faculty for Human Resource Management, mentoring the students‟ believes that just as there is the potential for a beautiful oak tree in each acorn, there is magnificent potential inside each student. This potential exists as pure creative intention, and her efforts are towards nurturing the students so as to strengthen their roots.

  • 23.  Practical Training given to MBA Ist Year Students on essential of „Selling and Promotional skills‟ at Bigbazar, Lokmat Square &Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur from 13th to 17th August 2013.  Dr. Krish Dubey from Hawaii, USA conducted a 5 day FDP in the Institute. This 3 day workshop from 19th January 2011 to 21st January 2011 was attended by the faculty of the Institute & other Institutes as well.  Management devolvement Program in association with MSME, Govt. of India on Export management, International Marketing & Finance for non finance personnel was arranged from August to October 2010 with overwhelming participation from the Industry.  Road show to create awareness amongst people about Eco-friendly Ganesh immersion & swine flu was arranged in September 2010. This road show started from the Institute & ended with small skits on the topic played by students at Futala Lake.  Industrial Tour to Kerala for MBA I & II year students was also arranged in February 2013.  Industrial visit to Malu Paper Mills for MBA II year students was also arranged on 8th February 2011.

Contribution in Syllabus Designing & Restructuring  MBA course was redesigned in 2011-12 and implemented in 2012-13 & the faculty members were an integral part of the syllabus redesign committee. Our Honorable Director Dr B. B. Taywade took the initiation and provided the Guidelines and valuable inputs for designing the syllabus. Grade Point Average System(GPA) had Been introduced in Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
  • 26.  The course shall be for a total period of 5 years spread over ten semesters.  For admission to this course, a student should have passed 12th standard (or equivalent) examination and obtained at least 45% (40% marks for reserved category students) and should have passed a Common Admission Tests conducted for the purpose. However, the admissions for 2012-13 shall be effected on the basis of separate merit lists of students passed in various streams at standard 12th Dual Degree Management Program Bachelor of Management Masters of Management

Few Prominent Details about Placement  Year 2013 proved to be fruitful for the students and faculties of Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Institute of Management Technology & Research (PDIMTR), Dhanwate National College, Nagpur. It has been a year of Excellent Placements and very good year for summer- internship Programme with very good companies across India. Giants like  Procter and Gamble (Oral B group),  IndusInd Bank Ltd,  PVR,  HDFC Bank,  Ventura Securities,  DTDC,  Aditya Birla Group,  Husy‟s Placements and  Cease Fire Industries Ltd had offered lucrative packages to the students.  The highest package offered is Three Lac fifty Thousand per annum and the average package offered is one Lac forty Thousand per annum.
