Avec une vision un peu remodelée… la suivante. Manifestement le résultat du dernier séminaire montre que tout le monde est pour. Qu’on devra veiller à argumenter… Donc on revient une dernière fois sur cette mission

  • ADIE: association pour le droit à l’initiative économique
    • The mission : fight against social exclusion
    • A tool: provide access to credit to people excluded from the private banking system.
    • 2007:
    • 9,853 micro-loans disbursed in 2007 / 8 297 enterprises created
    • 90% of our clients were unemployed
    • 57% of the enterprises created still operating after 3 years
    • 80% of the persons financed reintegrate professional life
    • A team of 400 employees and 1300 volunteers
  • 1. « EQUAL » =  new services to micro-entrepreneurs
    • Issu e = improve professional integration and survival rate.
    • Solution = offer services adapted to the problems and the revenues of micro-entrepreneurs
      • Promote access to financial services other than credit and non-financial services (training, consulting,…);
      • 2) Develop services, internally or in partnership with other structures (private or non-profit organisations)
  • Calendar & budget
    • Experimentations over 2.5 years :
    • From April 2005 to the end of 2007.
    • mainstreaming in 2008
    • Budget over 3.5 years = 1,3 M€
    • 50% covered by the ESF
  • Services to microentrepreneurs
    • 1) Training
    • computer course and sales training
    • 2) Financial services
    • Improve access to insurance
    • 3) Management and consulting services
    • accounting, legal assistance, consulting
    • 4) Providing access to markets
    • Creating links with large companies (Primagaz, Auchan, Leroy Merlin, …) & micro-entreprises.
  • Exemple of training : computer course
    • Partners   : Microsoft, Ciel, Actif DPS, Eco’d’Air
    • Target : improve access to new technologies and information.
    • Experimentation: « computer in 3 clicks »
      • 3-day training. In 5 regions since 2005.
    • Spreading in 2008 : all regions & development of additional services:
      • « My company on Internet »
      • Computer Expertise on demand
      • « Meet a web marketing expert »
    • Results - 2006-2008 : 1200 micro-entrepreneurs trained in 31 centres.
  • Management services : chartered accountant services
    • Target : provide chartered accountant services at an affordable price
    • Experimentation : Grenoble, negotiation of tariffs with a chartered accountant
      • 900€ HT/year
      • 1 meeting/quarter
    • Spreading : each regional branch negotiates with local partners
    • Results : Partnerships set up in 50% of regional branches
  • Management services : Legal assistance
    • Partner : Linklaters
    • Target : Legal assistance ( e-mail) for loan officers and volunteers in charge of clients coaching
    • Experiment :
      • A unique email address juridique @adie.org since mid-2005
      • A form to fill up (on intranet) to describe the context & the problem to solve
      • A personalised answer within 5 days
    • Spreading : additional partners (Latham&Watkins, Hogan&Hartsons, Avocats de Paris)
    • Results : 1 personal advice per day
  • On-demand consulting with Adie Conseil
    • Partners : Evers&Jung (Allemagne), Mondiale Assistance
    • Target : provide immediate answers to all our clients
    • Means :
    • > a single number 0811 88 23 43 opened every working day from 2PM to 6PM
    • > A team of volunteers
    • > A fully equipped platform
    • Spreading : serving 19.000 active clients
    • Results : 100 questions handled/month (increasing)
  • Access to new financial services: micro-insurance
    • Target : Give micro-entrepreneurs access to insurance
    • Experimentation :
    • > Fondation Entrepreneur de la Cité from 01/07
    • > Axa- Macif from 07/07
    • Spreading : ongoing in 2008 / Fully deployed in May 09
    • Results :
    • > Fondation Entrepreneurs de la Cité : 150 contracts
    • > Axa-Macif : 500 contracts
  • Providing access to markets
    • Target: help plumbers and heating engineers developing their activity
    • Partner : Primagaz
    • Offer: since may 2005
    • > Free training
    • > Professional tools
    • > Plumbers included in Primagaz network
    • Mailing + information through loan officers and volunteers.
    • . Results : 100 plumbers in relation with Primagaz
    • Spreading : creating new partnership for various sectors
    • (GoMicro, Schneider, Leroy Merlin… )
