SportStop.com has grown over the years and now carry 20,000 different products.
With a focus on lacrosse, growing order volume, and deeper product selection, the
paper based picking was simply taking too long and prone to error. For example,
lacrosse gloves are available in different colors and sizes, making picking the exact
SKU visually more challenging. The following were some of their challenges:

Simple inventory moves were manually updated in NetSuite, creating a
visibility issue and slowing productivity
SportStop.com initially started using OzLINK for shipping 4 years ago. Based on
their growth, they implemented bar code scanning to the warehouse last summer.
With the OzLINK bar code scanning solution, SportStop.com now does multi-order
tote-based picking. The picker is guided through the warehouse based on a group
of orders. On their cart they have 4-20 totes to hold the order items. With OzLINK
they scan the item, and validate against a bar code on the tote. The results include:
