This phenomenal growth has created increased volume for theirNetSuite warehouse, putting the following pressures on the operations team: With more orders and multiple order types and channels, it took 2 hours perday to print pick tickets and organize them by type and channel. The 2 hour planning and allocation time resulted in less optimized use ofthe fulfillment staff, pushed processing later in the day. The pick process was based on separate pick documents and shipping la-bels, which required more manual processing, matching, and sometimesfulfillment errors.The Solution:Jafrum implemented OzLINK as an extension to their NetSuite warehouse.
